No surprises. No travel fee in the Joshua Tree / Yucca Valley area.

| Remote plan | $30/mo | Three calls a month. Extra calls $30 each. Good for after I leave town. |
I help with: iPhone & Android, photos, texting, FaceTime & Zoom, Wi‑Fi and printers, passwords, email, spotting scams.
Not me: cracked screens or hardware repair, data recovery, your bank or money apps, medical portals on your behalf, caregiving.
What you can count on
- You keep your passwords. I don’t write them down or keep them.
- I never touch your bank or money apps. If someone asks you to move money, we stop and check with a person you trust.
- Your hands on the device. I point and explain; you do it.
- A short note of what changed, in plain words.
- Family welcome — on speaker, on video, or in the room. Adult children can book and pay for a parent.
Pay with Venmo, Zelle, or a card online through Stripe.
